Quotes & pricing

Quotes are provided in good faith based on the information available. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins. Should additional issues be found, we will discuss them and get your approval before proceeding.

Workmanship & warranty

We stand behind our work with a warranty on parts and workmanship. Warranty terms are confirmed at the time of service and exclude damage from misuse, accidents or normal wear.

Scheduling

We make every effort to arrive within the window provided. Emergencies and weather can occasionally affect timing; we'll keep you informed if anything changes.
